We offer the following delivery options for UK and international orders:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK): estimated delivery 2-3 working days. Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK): estimated delivery 1-2 working days, £5.95.
DPD Next Working Day (UK): ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday, £7.95. Signature required.
Royal Mail International Tracked: estimated delivery 5-10 working days depending on destination.
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging and require a signature on delivery.

2. Processing and Cancellation Time
Orders are typically processed and despatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us at care@lazour.com as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order before it is despatched. Once it has left us, treat it as a return under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Engraved and personalised pieces enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled once started.

3. Delivery Costs
UK delivery is free on all orders over £50. Below that, Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95, Tracked 24 is £5.95 and DPD Next Working Day is £7.95.
International delivery is calculated at checkout based on destination and the value of the order. The full cost is shown before you pay, with no charges added afterwards.
All prices on the site include UK VAT at 20% where applicable.

4. International Delivery
We deliver worldwide from the UK. For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay Lazour.
Orders to the EU are sent on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis, so your carrier may ask for import VAT before delivery.
Delivery estimates for international orders exclude time spent in customs, which is outside our control.
